THE CITY-WOMEN
By Mallorie Sievert.
When two young nuns in a 17th-century cloistered convent discover their feelings for each other, they must decide whether to conform to the life that was chosen for them or forge their own path and discover who God truly wants them to be. Drawing on themes introduced in early feminist Christian texts, this coming-of-age story explores love, spirituality, and sisterhood, and seeks to redefine what it means to be queer in the eyes of God. SALVATION
by Kitt Blessing
Salvation in 1942 Poland, during the German occupation. It follows the stories of several characters, all of whom are hiding dark secrets. It is the story of Andreas Fischer, a Catholic priest who will do anything to save his congregation from the horrors of the Nazis. It takes the audience from the rectory to the medical barracks of Auschwitz where two Nazi doctors are in a race to see who can sterilize the most people and explores the brutality of the Nazis against the LGBTQIA+ population..
