In this fast-paced comedy, a surgeon from the Middle East arrives in London in search of work and a new life. Instead, through a series of hilarious mistakes and hapless missteps, he runs afoul of both white nationalists and liberal hypocrites discovering some surprising truths about the way we view the immigrants among us.
